Job Description
TeamAce Limited is seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for a prestigious client in the beauty and wellness industry, located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
As the Operations Excellence Manager, you will ensure smooth salon operations, supporting the Asylum Manager in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include coordinating daily activities, managing inventory, driving client return rates, and preparing operational reports.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in inventory management.
Salary: ₦300,00 – ₦350,00 monthly, with basic HMO coverage and quarterly performance bonuses.
