Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Short-Let Apartments division. As an Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our short-term rental properties.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily operations of our short-let properties, including check-ins, cleaning, maintenance, and guest services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a team of property coordinators, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
