Job Description
RANN Farms is currently looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our meat processing facilities and retail outlets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and effectively managing supply chain logistics.
This leadership role also includes training staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring budget management to enhance cost efficiency and productivity. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing operational performance reports and contributing to business growth strategies.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of ₦150,00.00 per month.
