Optimistic Consult seeks an Operations Manager to lead a fast-paced catering and hospitality team. You will manage client engagement, menu planning, staffing, budgeting, procurement, inventory, and on-site event execution, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and profitable operations. Meet clients, support tastings, oversee logistics from setup to breakdown, resolve escalations, and coach kitchen and service teams. Prepare operational and financial reports and control costs. Requirements: Master’s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related), minimum 2 years’ managerial experience in catering/hospitality, strong leadership, budgeting, food-safety knowledge, and excellent communication.
