Job Description
Oakspring Hotel & Luxury Suites is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The successful candidate will manage departments, promote a culture of excellence, and maximize profitability through effective cost control.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular meetings with department heads, addressing guest feedback, and ensuring adherence to operating procedures. A minimum of 3 years of management experience is required.
