Job Description

The Operations Manager (Medical) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a medical facility. This includes coordinating and supervising the activities of medical staff, monitoring the quality of patient care, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the medical facility.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Manage the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
