Job Description
The Operations Manager (Medical) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a medical facility. This includes coordinating and supervising the activities of medical staff, monitoring the quality of patient care, and ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all medical staff, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the medical facility.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage the procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a healthcare management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
