Job Description
LD&D CONSULTING seeks a full-time, on-site Operations Manager to oversee daily studio operations and premium client experiences for The Rube, a floral experience and hospitality brand in Victoria Island, Lagos. Compensation: ₦200,00/month.
Responsibilities include event planning and bookings, client communication, scheduling, logistics and vendor coordination, oversight of setup teams, inventory and equipment management, and maintaining guest service standards while collaborating with the design team to safeguard brand aesthetics and control operational costs.
Requirements: 2–4 years’ experience in hospitality, events, or experiential operations; strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent client-facing communication; team and vendor management experience; availability for weekends and event days.
