Renumeration: ₦250,00 – ₦300,00

Location: VI

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Conduct market research and manage P&L.
• Monitor and achieve KPIs.
• Train and manage staff.
• Ensure brand standards in staff grooming.
• Manage stock levels and inventory processes.
• Implement merchandising guidelines.
• Oversee branding to align with luxury standards.
• Develop sales promotions with the Creative Director.

Competencies:

• Minimum 4 years in luxury retail management.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
