Position: Operations Manager for a Shortlet Apartment
Location: Lekki
Salary Range: ₦150,00 – ₦200,00
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of short-let operations
- Develop operational strategies for efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage cleaning staff, maintenance personnel, and guest service representatives
- Create maintenance systems and address repair requests promptly
- Monitor key performance indicators for improvement and revenue maximization
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations for compliance
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in property management or hospitality
- Proven track record in managing short-term rentals
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software and online listing platforms
