Job Description
Folyod Global Security Ltd is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the effective delivery of security services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff schedules, training personnel, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities encompass budgeting, resource allocation, and addressing operational challenges. We require strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to uphold our high security standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦60,00.00 – ₦80,00.00 per month
Location: Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to Abeokuta.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year in the security field and 2 years with a Nigerian security force or similar organization is required. Preference will be given to those with a National Diploma.
