Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager based in Lagos, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient processes and systems, manage resources and teams, and implement strategies for business growth. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, optimizing operational procedures, managing budgets, and collaborating with various departments to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also focus on improving productivity and efficiency while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational processes across departments (e.g., service delivery, support, logistics)
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational plans with company goals
- Coordinate resource planning, workflow optimization, and vendor management
- Implement tools and systems to enhance operational visibility and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and service-level agreements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- 5+ years of operations management experience, preferably in tech or cloud services
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on process improvement
- Experience with operational tools and metrics (e.g., CRM, ERP, ticketing systems)
