Salary: ₦150,00 per month
Bridgegap Consults Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to enhance daily business operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficiency and improve performance across various departments.
Key Responsibilities include managing daily operations, formulating effective policies, monitoring personnel performance, handling budgets and logistics, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and preparing comprehensive operational reports.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience are essential. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
