To assist the General Manager in ensuring the success of the operational department, which includes managing all cruises under Mekong Kingdom operations.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 7 years of experience in management of the entertainment industry or family attractions
- Experience with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditures, and forecasting
- Strong skills in driving for results and English communication
- Strong in people management and development
