Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Real Estate Operations Manager to oversee and streamline our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, ensure efficient property management, supervise staff, and optimize processes to maximize profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Proven experience between 3-5 years in real estate operations or property management.
- Must be willing to resume immediately.
- Must stay within the proximity of Ikeja and its environs.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to drive teams towards goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the operations and processes of the organization.
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Create and update documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, partners, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervise and coordinate all staff.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other employees to ensure tasks are executed effectively.
- Manage and coordinate the company’s facility when necessary.
- Create and monitor all projects and teams.
