Job Description
Assist to Hire is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our team of drivers and trucks, coordinate routes and schedules, and ensure efficient and safe deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in logistics and transportation, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of drivers and trucks.
- Coordinate and plan routes, schedules, and deliveries.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or related field.
- 3-5+ years of operations management experience.
Salary Range: N200,00 – N250,00 per month.
