Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Operations Executive to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of operations services related to the Interswitch Network products and services. Key responsibilities include managing seamless pre-processing, real-time processing, dispute management, and post-transaction activities.
Your functional duties will involve settlement computation, dispute operations, file processing, and routine report delivery. Successful candidates will address daily transaction settlements, participate in arbitration, and monitor airtime stock balances.
Qualifications include a BEng or BSc degree, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with EFT and accounting systems is a plus.
