Job Description
The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our company. In this role, you will assist with various tasks such as managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of products
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Ensure efficient and organized operations by maintaining documentation and records
- Assist in implementing operational procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in operations or administrative roles is preferred
