Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Operations Assistant to support the Head of Operations and departmental managers. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and minutes, managing correspondence, maintaining filing and expense processes, and supporting project rollouts such as store openings and system implementations. The role requires tracking timelines, preparing status reports, coordinating stakeholders, compiling operational data, building dashboards, and maintaining KPI trackers. You will also document SOPs, create process guides and training materials, and assist with procurement, inventory, event logistics, and ad-hoc tasks.

Salary: ₦250,00/month. Benefits: HMO, pension, and 13th month pay. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
