Job Description
Our client, an Islamic Lifestyle Brand, is seeking a qualified Operations and Customer Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and continuously enhance strategies for improvement, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to optimize customer satisfaction
- Train and lead customer service staff

Qualifications:
