ipNX Nig Ltd is seeking a proactive Operations & Admin Officer to oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and handle bookkeeping. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational efficiency and contributes to the preparation of quarterly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate recording of business transactions.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee inventory management and maintain supplier communication.
- Collaborate effectively with external accountants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- 3-4 years of experience in operations or administration.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
