Job Description
The Operational Standards & QHSE Manager will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations by leading Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across multiple sites.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HSE and operational standards; perform risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Deliver training, mentor staff, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to integrate QHSE best practices.
Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, minimum 7 years’ experience in QHSE or operations, relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 9001/45001), demonstrated leadership, and excellent communication skills.
