Job Description
LEAM Consulting, Nigeria’s premier consulting firm specializing in professional certification training, HR advisory, business development/startups, and IT consulting services, is seeking an Operational Manager to join our team. This full-time position is located in Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, inventory management, and customer service enhancement.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
Qualifications:
- HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in operational management.
- Demonstrated leadership and strong problem-solving abilities.
Salary: N150,00 per month.
