Hotel Capitol seeks an organized, proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth business functions. The incumbent will coordinate cross-departmental activities, lead and motivate teams to meet productivity targets, monitor schedules and resources for timely task completion, and implement process improvements.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and NYSC completion; 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Located near Ogba, Ikeja, Iju‑Ishaga, or Akute; full‑time position.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and hands‑on problem‑solving skills required.
