Job Description
Prestige Superstores is currently seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to lead our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a salary range of NGN 150,00 – 250,00, negotiable based on experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of store management, integrity, cash flow management, and product knowledge.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, enhancing operational efficiency, controlling budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Applicants should hold at least an HND qualification and have a minimum of 3 years of mid-level management experience, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
