Responsibilities:
- Development of sales and operational plans to meet objectives.
- Recommend strategies for business development and outlets expansion.
- Implement promotional and sales plans to improve brand equity and drive customer traffic.
- Utilize social media for marketing and define clear KPIs.
- Grow key institutional accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years experience in Senior Management (FMCG, QSR, RETAIL CONSUMER GOODS).
- Bsc/HND degree.
- Strategic, sales-driven, goal-oriented leader.
- Ability to positively influence others.
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
