Job Description
Kennedia Consulting seeks an experienced Operations Manager for a full-time, on-site role (Monday–Saturday) in Ajao Estate, Lagos. Salary: ₦200,00–₦250,00 monthly.
Responsibilities include overseeing air and ocean import/export logistics, procurement, shipment tracking, and documentation (HS codes, invoices, packing lists); vendor onboarding and performance management; customs coordination; container consolidation; maintaining warehouse standards; conducting cost analysis; and delivering weekly reports to the Executive Director.
Requirements: HND or B.Sc. in Logistics or related field, 3–5 years’ experience in import/export or operations leadership, strong customs and freight knowledge, proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Vendor acquisition experience is preferred.
