Job Description
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Online Tutors. As an Online Tutor, you will have the opportunity to assist students in their academic journey by providing guidance and support through online sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting online tutoring sessions with students.
- Assessing the student’s learning needs and developing tailored lesson plans.
- Providing clear explanations and instructions to aid in the student’s understanding.
- Assisting with homework assignments and reviewing class materials.
- Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts effectively.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
