Job Description
Staffora Global is seeking a full-time, shift-based Online Customer Service Representative based in the Sangotedo/Ajah area. You will manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media; resolve issues; provide product information; recommend services; and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of customer service experience (telecom experience a plus), excellent written and verbal communication, and residence in the Sangotedo/Ajah area.
- Skills: CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong customer orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
