Job Description

As an Officer, Client Service, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. In addition, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of client requests and establish effective communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and maintain positive relationships.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries and concerns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and upsell company products or services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
