Job Description/Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all office administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality.
- Generate and process purchase orders and manage budgets.
- Track inventory levels and conduct quality assessments.
- Facilitate communication among team members.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations.
- File tax remittances, manage cash lodgments, and reconcile payment systems.
- Address day-to-day challenges with a proactive approach.
