Job Description

Secom Limited, a prominent audit firm, is seeking to hire an Office Assistant for its Sabo Yaba, Lagos location. This full-time position requires an individual who can effectively manage communication and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, organizing appointments, running office errands, managing correspondence, maintaining a filing system, and updating office policies. Applicants should possess a minimum OND qualification and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential. Preference will be given to male candidates to promote gender balance.

The monthly salary for this position is N70,00.
