Job Description
LEAM Consulting Limited is seeking to fill the position of Office Admin / Customer Service Officer for our client in the logistics sector, located in Iyana – Ipaja, Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Job Brief: We are looking for a Customer Service Officer/Office Admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company databases
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned
