Job Description
Bimak Associates is looking for a highly organized and articulate individual to fill the position of Office Admin and Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner. This full-time role entails managing the Managing Partner’s schedule, overseeing office administration, drafting official correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, and maintaining a professional office atmosphere.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a 2:1 degree in Mass Communication, demonstrate strong communication abilities, have proficiency in social media management, and exhibit excellent attention to detail. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
