Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled NodeJS Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side applications and infrastructure that power our web and mobile applications.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, testing, and debugging server-side applications using NodeJS
- Collaborating with front-end developers, UX designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of our web and mobile applications
- Implementing and optimizing scalable and efficient database models
- Identifying and fixing any performance bottlenecks in the server-side code
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the server-side applications
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in NodeJS and JavaScript
- Experience with Express.js or similar web application frameworks
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB or MySQL
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git
