Job Description
At SWATX, we are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to play a vital role in ensuring the integrity of our network infrastructure across services in Nigeria. This position is essential for real-time monitoring and troubleshooting of network incidents, ensuring our clients experience optimal performance with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage alerts, respond to network incidents, and work closely with technical teams to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in NOC or network support roles.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.
- Experience with network monitoring tools.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
