Job Description
We are seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor and maintain network operations, promptly troubleshoot incidents, and uphold service availability. The role requires shift work, coordination of escalations with engineering teams, and preparation of clear incident reports.
- At least 2 years of experience in network operations
- Knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP and monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; available for nights and weekends
- CCNA certification preferred
