Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities include promptly answering phone calls to assist customers and relaying their requests to restaurants. This position requires flexibility to work scheduled shifts assigned by management on a weekly basis, making it an ideal opportunity for students.
Requirements: Candidates aged 18-30 (male/female) are encouraged to apply, particularly those residing in Tan Binh, HCM. Applicants should be service-oriented, friendly, and possess a clear speaking voice. Availability for shifts from 10 AM to 2 PM or 5 PM to 9 PM, including weekends, is required.
