Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a New Channel, Digital & E-commerce Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our new channel initiatives, digital platforms, and e-commerce strategies.
As the New Channel, Digital & E-commerce Lead, you will be in charge of developing and executing innovative strategies to expand our market reach and increase online sales. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, optimize customer experiences, and drive digital transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the overall new channel strategy, digital marketing plans, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Driving online customer acquisition, retention, and conversion through various digital marketing channels and campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop engaging and personalized customer experiences across digital platforms.
- Monitoring market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
