Job Description
JSK Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated TowerCo Operations Officer to oversee the daily operations of telecommunications tower sites. In this vital role, you will ensure optimal network performance, maximize uptime, and maintain rigorous safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising maintenance activities, collaborating with field engineers and vendors, and efficiently addressing technical issues. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, accompanied by 2–5 years of relevant experience in telecom infrastructure operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from ₦300,00.00 to ₦400,00.00 per month.
