Job Description
TeamAce (Food & Beverage) seeks an experienced National Sales Manager to lead Modern Trade operations from Lagos. You will oversee regional and key account teams nationwide to grow market share, expand product listings, and ensure excellent in‑store execution including merchandising, pricing, promotions, and planogram compliance. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own commercial performance across supermarkets, retail chains, and distributor networks.
- Qualifications: B.Sc./HND in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10–15 years in F&B/FMCG sales leadership with proven modern trade success.
- Skills: Strategic leadership, team building, and strong commercial acumen.
