Responsibilities:
- Sets up machines to cut and shape coiled wire into nails
- Installs die plates and nail-point cutting knives
- Measures and inspects nails for quality
- Plans, organizes, and controls production
- Complies with quality and safety policies
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience as a Nail Plant Operator
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- OND in mechanical engineering is an advantage
