SPRINGSOURCE CONSULTING LIMITED seeks a full-time, permanent Multi-Cuisine Chef to lead kitchen operations. The appointed chef will plan and develop menus, prepare and present high-quality dishes across diverse cuisines, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain standards of taste, presentation, cleanliness, and safety. Key duties include inventory and supplier management, cost control and waste minimization, recipe development, accommodating dietary requirements, and coordinating catering for events.
