Job Description

We seek a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to design and implement M&E systems, collect and analyze program data, produce timely reports, and ensure learning and compliance across projects.

  • Develop indicators, tools, and data-collection protocols; conduct routine field monitoring and data quality checks.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform project decisions and prepare clear, concise reports.
  • Support evaluations, capacity building, and integration of lessons learned into program design.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or related field; minimum 2 years M&E experience.
  • Skills: strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, advanced Excel and M&E tool proficiency, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication.
