Job Description

We seek a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to lead ESG and GBV data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve program outcomes and compliance.

Responsibilities include designing M&E frameworks and indicators, conducting field monitoring, managing databases, producing timely reports, and building partner capacity.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or M&E, 3+ years M&E experience with ESG and GBV programs, strong quantitative and qualitative skills, excellent written English, and proficiency with Excel and M&E tools.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure ethical data handling is required.
