Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Modern Trade Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability in the modern trade channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the modern trade sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the modern trade channel.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
