Job Description
This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of software systems that meet customer requirements. The role also involves sitting within the IT team of a business, and will be involved in liaising with the Business Analysts and Development Manager to ensure software projects meet requirements.
Job Duties:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS / Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Manage testing and bug fixes
- Prepare technical documentation
- Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- 4 – 6 years of work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Mobile developer
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market
- Familiarity with OOP design principles
- Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
- In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Dart React native, Swift and Java
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Manages and works with direct reports
