Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd is hiring two experienced mixologists for a reputable restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. This is a full-time role offering ₦100,00/month, 24-hour shifts (layover provided), one day off per week, and immediate start.
- Responsibilities: prepare classic and signature cocktails and mocktails; maintain drink quality and presentation; manage bar inventory; keep the bar clean; adhere to hygiene and alcohol service standards; support overall restaurant operations.
- Requirements: proven mixologist/bartender experience; strong knowledge of spirits and beverage techniques; excellent customer service and communication; ability to work long shifts; physically fit, reliable, and ready to start immediately.
