Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist/Bartender to join our team at the Blu Atlantic Hotel. As a Mixologist/Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving cocktails and other beverages to our customers.
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as the ability to create unique and innovative drink recipes. You should also possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Create and mix cocktails according to our menu and customer preferences
- Provide recommendations and suggest pairings for customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Mixologist/Bartender in a high-volume establishment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
