Job Description
We are seeking a Ministry Operations Coordinator to oversee daily administrative and operational functions that support ministry programs. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing facility logistics, maintaining records and databases, assisting with budgeting and procurement, and supporting event planning and volunteer coordination.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of administrative experience, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with standard office software, and a discreet, collaborative approach to sensitive information. Experience in nonprofit or faith-based operations is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, effective problem-solving, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
