Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources seeks a Mine Superintendent to oversee daily operations at its Abuja quarry/mine site. Reporting to the Mine Manager, the Superintendent will coordinate drilling, blasting, loading, hauling and crushing; allocate equipment and manpower; implement short-term operational plans; monitor production metrics; enforce HSE standards; and manage shift crews.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years’ experience in mining, quarrying, drilling or heavy equipment operations, including ≥2 years in a supervisory role
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Proven skills in production scheduling, equipment dispatch, drill/blast coordination and shift management
- Strong leadership, discipline, safety focus and problem-solving ability
